This is a general Privacy Notice which relates to the processing of contact details of clients, potential clients, prospects, suppliers or others. The lawful basis for such processing is contract.
Where we process personal data for other purposes, we produce specific Privacy Notices which we send to individuals as appropriate.
We may collect contact details (eg. name, email address, telephone numbers, company name, address, job title) from clients, potential clients, prospects, suppliers or others. You may have provided these by contacting us or we may have contacted you.
We use contact details in relation to work with clients and the day-to-day running of our business which may include contacting you about future work.
At the end of a piece of work, we keep your contact details for no longer than 6 years unless required to do so by law. We regularly review the contact details we hold to check they are accurate and up to date. The lawful basis for keeping information in this way is legitimate interests.
We do not share contact details with others without your explicit consent (or unless required to do so by law).
We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
